What do you do with leftovers?

Check out what I choose to do with leftovers and answer the curiosity of a Quirky Grandma.

Money is always a bit tight at the end of the month. We usually are making our groceries last as well as we can. Cooking one thing and making it stretch is about the only way we can survive.

Last week, I cooked a ham one day. Made a pot of beans with the leftover ham the next day. And then the next day, I made a pot of chili with the leftover beans. I was surprised when we still had some chili the next day for chili cheese fries. I will also use leftovers for lunch the next day as well, depending on what they are.

My ex husband would never eat leftovers. I am curious about how other’s feel about leftovers. Please go to the bottom of my page and answer my poll. Just curious my reader’s.

I will admit. I want to play with the polling option but I am curious, as well.
