Yummy!!! Love Chocolate Cake Day!
I don't have a large
family. However, I love to cook and try new recipes. In order to save our
waistlines and food budget. It is necessary to cut down the recipes I find
online. For example, the Crockpot Hot Fudge Cake I found this morning on Food.com. I use a
2 qt. Crock Pot. Made just enough that we each got just a small bit. I believe next time I am using the bigger recipe. However, I don't feel too guilty with the diet.
Crock Pot Chocolate
Cake for small crock pot
1\3 cup Bisquick
1\3 cup sugar
1 tbsp + 4 1\4 tsp
baking cocoa

1/2 tsp hot tap water
Mix Bisquick, 2 tbsp
+ 2 tsp sugar, 3 tsp. Cocoa, milk and vanilla. Pour into greased crock pot.
Mix 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
sugar, 1 tbsp + 1 1\4 tsp baking cocoa, and hot water. Pour over batter in
crock pot.
