When I first started out in the freelance industry, I had no idea what I was getting into. However, I lucked out because my first week I applied and received a research job on Elance with Gina Horkey. She has been a huge help for me. Teaching me many important things about being a successful freelancer.



First, I have to say that I have to admit that I am not as successful as I wanted to be. I can tell you 100% that this is on me and not Gina. Everything she has taught me has helped me to further my own writing and networking skills. However, as mentioned in my post on Quirky Grandma, I Just Wanted To Die, I have had some issues personally that has gotten in my way.
